I have worked in corporate roles for the past three decades. Having risen from an individual contributor and high-potential leader to a senior executive with P&L responsibilities. I have had to make tough choices and hard decisions throughout my career.
I have been where you have been and where you are now. The ups and downs, highs and lows, triumphs and disappointments that come with the paths we have chosen.
For the majority of my career, I have consulted with clients in the area of risk and change management and have a depth of experience helping others deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

My Insights with Impact Session is a 30-minute discussion designed to help you gain clarity around where you are. My goal is not to sell you anything but rather give you the experience of powerful coaching. If you chose to go deeper we will shine some light on what is getting in your way of your ideal future. Discovery leads to options and from there making a decision on the way forward. Decisions can be empty promises we make to one another without a commitment to executing fiercely.
