Refunds
Please note as space is limited to 10 participants, we do have a strict cancellation policy.
If you choose to cancel before March 1, 2024, the event host will attempt to identify another attendee to assume your reservation. If we can fill your spot, your money will be returned to you no later than 30 days following the event. If we cannot fill your spot, unfortunately, no refunds will be available.
Travel
You will be responsible for your airfare and ground transfer to the Biltmore Estate. Guests are encouraged to fly directly to Asheville via direct or connecting flights.
You should plan to arrive in Asheville by the late afternoon on Monday and book your return flights after 3 p.m. on Thursday.
Meals and Beverages
All meals beginning Monday evening and concluding on Thursday afternoon are included in the cost of the program.
We will work with the hotel to address any dietary requirements or food allergies.

Accommodations
Participants will be booked into three nights of lodging in a deluxe room at the Village Hotel on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate. Rooms are single occupancy and may include either a king-size or two queen-size beds, depending on availability at the time of registration.
For participants interested in extending their stay, please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability and cost.
Cost of the program
- Attendees may elect to pay in full at registration or pay in three installments
- Attendees electing to pay in installments must make their deposit by December 15, 2023, to be eligible for the discount
- Installment plan details
- $1,000 non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration
- One-half of the remaining balance is due on or before Feb 1, 2024
- Remaining balance due on or before April 1, 2024
